Upon confirmation of your reservation, our company bank details will be provided. Please email the bank-in slip or transaction proof for verification. All telegraphic transfer (TT) charges are borne by the customer. Payment is required to secure the reservation.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the tour has commenced or for any unused services. Any approved refunds will exclude foreign exchange losses and bank charges.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time will be charged 100% of the reservation amount. • Cancellations made 72 hours before the scheduled service time will be charged 50% of the reservation amount. • Cancellations made 96 hours before the scheduled service time will be charged 30% of the reservation amount. • Cancellations made beyond 96 hours of the scheduled service time will be charged 10% of the reservation amount. • No-shows will be charged the full fare. • All booking handling charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personal travel documents are valid and in proper order before travelling.
Merryworld Holidays is not liable for any loss, damage, or changes to rates, routes, timetables, or itineraries caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

Itineraries or routes may be adjusted due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Equivalent arrangements will be provided where possible. Refunds will not be issued for such changes.
Tour and package prices exclude excess baggage charges, personal or baggage insurance, beverages, gratuities to drivers or escorts, optional tours, or any personal expenses. Admission fees are excluded unless stated otherwise.
All transportation and package rates listed on the website are subject to 6% Sales & Service Tax (SST) unless stated otherwise.
International customers are required to make payment via Wise Transfer or PayPal. Transaction proof must be emailed to [email protected]. All platform or transaction fees are borne by the client.
